Searching for you. I am searching for you.
Running my hands through his hair, feeling its softness.
But some thing is missing.
Caressing his beautiful face, full of sharp angles and planes,
A masterpiece, but not perfect.
Leaning against those broad shoulders, feeling safe (almost) in his arms.
But it isn't quite the same.
Tasting the feel of those lips, hard against mine,
Taking away my breath, unable to blow my mind away.
Every night, I am looking.
Looking in every man, trying to find you in him.
The taste of your mouth, the feel of your embrace,
The familiar warmth of your body pressed against mine.

Those who spoke with me about my actions and way of thought, told me that I will regret it one day. I too, once wondered if I will regret it. I thought long and hard.
I have made many mistakes in the past, now looking back I regret bitterly. But, it doesn't change the present, does it? Regretting your past mistakes, it doesn't change a thing, except to cause more unhappiness and bitterness.
I decided then, that from that moment on, whatever I do, I will NOT regret my actions. Regardless of whether they are right or wrong decisions. Since I have thought long and hard about my actionss before carrying them out and STILL carried them out; I will NOT look back, regret and weep.
That includes words which were spoken. Others may think that those are harsh words spoken in a moment of anger. At times, it is true and I am apologetic. But there are some words which once spoken, I will not regret, even if it tears the relationship apart. Anger is a cause, but it is not the root. I do not care who is right or wrong any more.
I just want time and space apart.
As some one has said, we are no longer in school, we have our own lives and shouldn't stick to each other any more.
I thoroughly agree.
Once upon a time, I naively thought that close friends can still remain as close as before; that we will always be together, regardless of whether the other is attached, for the other partner can always join into this group of friends and make it even better! Even expanding to our own kids.
But now, I beg to differ.
It is not that we cannot be as close as before. It is not that we cannot spend time together. It is just that I want my own personal space. Perhaps I have changed, for what was once natural has become clingy and irritating. Friends do not have to stick together to remain close. That is my way of thinking. Even if we only meet up once every 2-3 months, doesn't mean that we are drifting apart or that I am casting anyone aside. To me, the relationship still remains unchanged. If others want to think another way, I cannot help it too.

What has happened? I wonder. I am unhappy and I have sort of fell out with my friends. I tell myself, that it is OK. That I am OK. In reality? Yes, I believe and I know that I am totally fine alone. I am not upset over that.
It is not that I do not care. I care a lot. I used to care very, very much. But, I found out the hard way that, some people don't give a damn whether I care or not. They take it for granted, that I will always be there, that those feelings will always be there. Well, guess what? I am tired. tired of caring, tired of giving a damn, when some don't. Those who used to be very important people to me.
I suppose it is sad, pathetic and lonely to be alone. But, I am fine with it. 1 week later, 1 month later, 1 year later, 5 years later, 10 years and 50 years down the road; I will still be fine by myself or with what I have left.
I've learnt that the old 'me', was stupid. She was stupid and foolish to care so much about friends who don't really care. She was stupid to put others above herself (though, she does have her own selfish monents), to go to great lengths for them; when no one asked her to. She was a fool to run around like that. But, she did not and still do not regret those times.
I do not regret it.
But those times are over.
Friends are important. Family is important. Lovers are important.
But not that important any more.
No one is that important. No one is worth so much.
That is my conviction.
I am still unhappy.
Very unhappy.
But that is fine too. For though however much unhappy I am, life still goes on. Everyone's life still goes on. Though you say it does matter, though you say there is a difference, but do you stop living? Do you stop your life, for me?

"You Cannot Defame Our Rain Just Like That!"
Rain did nothing wrong, "If problems occur on the stage, that is the singer's fault. However, if the singer is unable to stand on the stage , it's the mistake of production team and organiser as they were not well-prepared."
A famous Korean music producer voiced out when being interviewed about his opinion on the cancellation of Rain's LA concert, "If he falls, then it's more difficult for the second and third Rain to stand out!" We can sense the trembles from the producer's voice.
Yi Denglong (pinyin), the music representative from DR music handled Rain's development plan in China since 2004, including other overseas concerts at China, Thailand and other countries in year 2006. But now, he is the third party which is irrelevant to Rain and StarM, the main organiser of Rain's world tour. However, we should treat the comments from a professional music producer as an advice, and Mr Yi has talked about something rare.
"My story may be quite surprising. I would like to tell you about Rain's personality and many Hallyu stars will be involved. 'Where did you go shopping?' 'Did you go for the massage?' These are the common questions among others. But singer Rain, he never wastes his time... His mind is only about the show in 24 hours. Once, it was very late when they reached hotel, but Rain still practiced with his dancers in their room. I can't describe how impressed I was. On the other hand, if it's overseas performance, he himself got ready and came out at 8.30am although the departure time from hotel is 9am. He sat in the empty car waiting for everyone. He is the RAIN who always be prepared earlier than anyone."
Mr Yi also mentioned about the joint concert with Rain in Dec 2004. "It was a hoax, the local promoter suddenly disappeared. Rain didn't get any payment nor air ticket, but he still stood there to perform without receiving a single cent. He said money is not that important and in fact he convinced us to carry on the show. I guess he must cry over this cancellation (LA concert)."
Mr Yi indicated that the major victims in this incident is neither concert promoter nor StarM and his previous agency, but they are RAIN himself, the audience and Hallyu!
"Now the domestic music market is dying, it's hard to find a super star like Rain in short period. Moreover, anti-Hallyu phenomenon is spreading in Asia where they are looking for the replacement to overtake Korean singers. It is a hard time for us now. Therefire, Rain is the hope of Korean music producers, he is the dream of Korean singers and because of him, he is the Hallyu. So you can imagine how tired he is!"

"Speaking frankly, Rain can't have such large scale tour concerts without the financial support from big company like StarM. Well by right, StarM should be highly appraised. Mr Yi suggested that it would be good if everything goes back to the beginning.
All the passions of Rain should go back to the origin. It will be better that Rain can put in more efforts and time when presenting to the overseas fans, and he should learn to control the commercial elements stamped on him. For those who are looking forward to his success shall keep on supporting him. And so, all the things are clear.
Regarding Korean Air gave up their sponsorship with Rain, Mr Yi was very disappointed. "The sponsorship was much more significant compared to what the government and tourism board have done. It provided a very strong support to Hallyu culture. With the supports from airlines, these singers and artists are able to fly to all corners of the world and form a strong network of Korean culture. If there's a chance, I hope Korean Air can assist Rain again."
Mr Yi still could remember the scene where about 40k audience rushed to see Rain in the performance, the screams and cheers seemed surrounding his ears.
"I was touched and I couldn't hold my tears, that was Rain's charisma and it showed the power of our culture. The world tour has gathered more than 250,000 audience from different countries and now, we should show our support to Rain who is fighting alone and not even has a good sleep. The media, the fans and the organisers should not discuss further about the losses, but they should encourage Rain to go back to his origin and stand up again. He is walking alone on a undeveloped route, it's getting tougher for him. Rain is a friend who doesn't ask for money or anything, he is a friend who will stand up immediately when he feels our warm and kind hearts So we must do that."

Star M Apologises to Rain. Accepts Moral Responsibility for Concert Failure

Star M started taking responsibility for everything with regards to Rain's World Concert Tour beginning 13th October. Rain's concerts in Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam and Australia etc were all handled by this company. However, Rain's concerts in Canada, China, Hawaii and LA etc were cancelled due to all kinds of reasons. In that way, Rain's first World Concert Tour came to a dishonourable ending amidst controversy and quarrels.
Lee In Gwang, representative of Star M expressed this during the press conference, "As the organiser, we have a duty to see that the activities develop smoothly from start to end. However, we did not fulfil this duty. The World Concert Tour was unable to come to a beautiful conclusion, and we feel deeply responsible for this."
Following this, Lee also said, "Due to this incident, Rain was rebuked by many. Because of us, a respected artiste was inflicted with unnecessary hurt. As the concert organiser, we feel morally responsible for this." At the press conference, the representative of the Canada tour producer had a heated debate with the Star M representative, Lee.
Yesterday, "PD Handbook" of MBC TV station pointed out that the concert failure was due to Star M's mismanagement. With reference to this, Lee In Gwang did not make an official response, but remained that the Hawaii concert was forced to cancel because of the lawsuit regarding the use of the name "Rain".
Following that, Lee apologised to Rain, "Rain, who was only notified at 4pm that day, came to the stadium and kept telling us he hopes to be able to go on with the performance. At that time, he was already in tears. We didn't know how to explain the entire issue to him. When he realised there was no way the concert could go on, he cried and apologised to the 100 odd crew members there. The situation was hard to bear."
In May this year, Lee had expressed his wish to sign a contract with Rain while they were in Japan. "With things like that, I think signing him up would be difficult to realize now."
Lee continued, "We will begin to hold press conferences on Rain's World Concert Tour again next month. Regardless of whether this concert is held in a foreign country or in Korea, we will do our best to do a good job organising the concert."

I once read in the newspaper about the korean actress who starred in the movie 200 Pounds of Beauty. She sang one of two songs in it. It was more than good, her singing, I mean. In the news report, she was asked, if she would consider going into the singing industry. Her answer was some thing like this: She will not go into an area where she has no confidence that she will conquer it. (没保握能征服的领域， 她是不会进入的。)
This report made me hesitate. What she said was true. Going into a new and unfamiliar terrian, where you do not know the rules and do not know if you can survive and rise to the top, isn't that advisable.

This is from a Japanese music website. The author is an American. She has a friend working in Orpheum, and has obtain the friend's permission to disclose the following:
Neway...A friend of mine who works at the orpheum spoke to a V2B Global tech guy, who was involved in the Rain show. The V2B guy told my friend at 4:30pm to tell me not to be too disappointed if the Concert was cancelled. When asked why, he said that they couldn't set up the big center screen, and with the game on the night before they didn't have enough time to set up. They needed at least 2-3 days. They hadn't even had the equipment inspected by this point. A fire department official was all ready telling them that they were not going to be able to use a lot of the pyrotechnicks they had in the show and city officials were NOT happy with stage. Too many code violations. That guy (who didn't really know who Rain was) also told my friend in no uncertain terms that he felt sorry for the singer. His bosses were telling everyone to be VERY hush hush about the whole thing (they didn't want word of this to spread to the Rain camp) as they were trying to fix things.
Apparently when Rain was FINALLY told about this whole mess was around 6:00pm. He was already getting dressed and was excited about the show after spending three hours going over the dance moves again with his dancers. Not wanting to cancel the concert he said he would still go out on stage and sing. He didn't care if the pyro or big screen worked. he wanted to do a sorta accoustic thing. city officials were adamant that the show must be cancelled and would not let him do this. The stage being incomplete anyway they said it would be dangerous to him to do this as well. He then said fine to remove the stage, he would sing just on the basketball court. But to tear down the whole stage, even half would take forever....V2B said no. When Rain tried to go outside to speak with fans, even though he didn't speak english, security had to hold him back. They were all ready letting everyone know the concert was cancelled and they feared that the fans would tear him apart. (yeah right). This was when he got in a fight with a security guard and was yelling at one of the V2B people in charge.
Soo...long story short, my friend's connection in V2B was able to clear up and put in order a lot of the rumors that were going around. I would've shared all this with you guys earlier but I didn't want to spread more rumors. Not until I was sure. But since all these rumors were all ready leaked around I decided to put out what this V2B tech guy said happened. My friend didn't tell me all this until Sunday morning. He didn't really believe that any of this was true...he thought it was too stupid to be real. But there you go.

Rain's World Tour is Clouded by Snafus
Forced to cancel his L.A. show, the South Korean pop star blames miscommunication, technical difficulties and vows not to slow down.

South Korean pop superstar Rain blamed local concert promoter V2B Global for technical difficulties that resulted in the cancellation of his performance Saturday night at Staples Center -the last in a string of planned U.S. shows in the singer-dancer-actor's "Rain's Coming" world tour that failed to go on as scheduled.
But viewed another way, the show's last-minute cancellation can be partially attributed to a breakdown of the K-pop phenom's celebrity industrial complex. Miscommunication between his various American tour promoters, as well as Rain's recent changeover from his powerful talent manager, Park Jin Young, to a new manager accounted for at least some of the confusion that led to the technical trouble that stopped the show.
The missed concert for which 77% of available tickets were sold, according to Ticketmaster, could push back his efforts to establish his pop stardom in America by as much as two years.
"The local promoter didn't set up everything," Rain, whose real name is Jung Ji-Hoon, said through an interpreter Sunday.
"When I came to the venue, the LED screen couldn't be set up. I have rain falling in the concert that couldn't work. The stage wasn't set up, there were no lights, no sound. I wanted to do a great show. But yesterday, I couldn't get on stage."
V2B's Chief Executive Andy Kim, however, tells a very different story, insisting the tour's original promoter, StarM, pulled the plug on the show after discovering the production would not be able to use Rain's massive Korean-made LED screen -a central component of his stage show, because it didn't conform to American electrical standards.
"It was a safety issue on the equipment they provided," Kim said. "But the real reason the concert was canceled is the Korean team didn't move quickly enough to make an alternative plan.
"They kicked me, the local promoter, out of meetings they were having with management," he added. "Then at 5:30 [Saturday], Staples wants me to approve a press release saying the concert has been canceled. StarM didn't consult me. I didn't know until I saw the press release."
Rain, 25, part of the globally popular "Korean Wave" movement and often referred to as "the Justin Timberlake of Asia," said he felt sad and angry about disappointing fans, some of whom had traveled from Tokyo, Hong Kong and Seoul for the performance.
"I'm feeling ridiculous about the situation," said Rain. "I came here [to Los Angeles] two weeks before the concert, prepared everything and had a press conference. Then the stage wasn't set up. I couldn't even sing."
The cancellation comes as the capper on what the Korea Times called "perhaps the most ambitious and expensive world concert tour by any Korean artist" and on the heels of postponed Rain concerts last month in Honolulu, New York, Atlanta and San Francisco because, Kim said, tour organizers hadn't anticipated the difficulties of transporting the singer's 28 18-wheel trucks worth of stage rigging and 96-person entourage from Asia.
The "Rain's Coming" tour ?and specifically, the Staples Center gig ?was Rain's last professional attachment to JYP Entertainment, the management firm owned by his former manager, Park, a former pop superstar in his own right who Rain let go in May. (His new manager, Dong Won Cho, quit JYP to work for Rain.) JYP sold the rights to the American tour stops to another Korean firm, Revolution Entertainment, which in turn parceled them out to promoters including Click Entertainment in Hawaii and V2B Global. In January 2006, JYP oversaw Rain's performances in New York and Las Vegas, which went off without a hitch.
On Saturday, StarM, the tour's original promoter, put out a news release that explained the technical concerns that it said stopped the concert and accused V2B Global of financial mismanagement.
"Literally, the stage structure wasn't set up until one and a half hours before the show," the statement reads. "Moreover, it was ordered that none of the electronically related tour equipment (LED screen, conveyor belt, stage setting generator, special effects pump, etc.) brought from Korea could be used because of the Staples Center provision based on the electronics security and fire services act."
It continued: "The fundamental problem was the local promoter V2B Global's financial status. The local production team wasn't paid on time ?"
Kim denies the allegations, countering, "We paid cash to everyone at the show."
At 6:30 p.m. Saturday, just an hour and a half before show time, notices that the concert had been canceled went up at Staples Center. Hundreds of fans lingered at the venue for hours afterward, however, some crying, many chanting Rain's name and all waiting for any word of what prevented the singer from taking the stage.
"I couldn't believe it. I had been looking forward to it for so long," said Michael Ryan, 17, who drove from San Diego for the concert. "It was like waiting all year for Christmas and then not getting anything."
At around 12:45 Sunday morning, the singer met with some 200 fans who had flown in from as far away as Thailand, Canada, Japan and Vietnam in the restaurant of the Wilshire Grand Hotel to personally apologize. "He wanted to show fans how much he cared but you could see he was very devastated," said Jay Yarbrough, 40, from Pocono, Pa. "People were crying. They cared more about Rain being upset than about missing the concert."
Rain said he hoped to record an English language album in the next year but acknowledged that it could take up to two years to get that project off the ground. And it will be at least two years before he can return to perform in the United States. Nonetheless, he remained sanguine about making good on his desire to become the first Asian superstar to cross over to an American audience. "I learned a lot of things from this situation," Rain said. "I'm angry and sad but it's not going to slow me down. What I'm going to do is make it perfect with the American promoters and do it step by step next time."
Dismissing the notion he was disappointed about having to forestall his dream of becoming a "worldwide superstar," the singer pointed out his debut Hollywood film role in the Wachowski brothers' big-budget action-adventure tent pole film "Speed Racer" will put him in the American limelight inside of a year (the movie is set for release in May 2008).
"I don't worry about it," he said. "I'm shooting a film. I'm going to show my character in that film. I don't feel like a failure."

Rain: World Concert Tour Cancelled

"Although I've given my all, but things didn't go as I'll like them to, and I couldn't keep my promise of a concert. I'm very sorry."
Rain, whose LA World Concert Tour was cancelled attended the fan-meeting at Wilshire Grand Hotel on 30th June. He apologised several times, and said, "This is the last concert in the World Concert Tour. I'm very sad it ended that way."
To the fifty-odd fans who flew in especially from Japan, Rain said, "I had countless practices and was determined to make my fans happy. I didn't expect to reach the concert venue at Staples Centre and encounter a situation where even the stage is incomplete." "Facing a situation where I cannot make any decisions (cannot do anything about), I feel helpless (wronged)."

Q: The LA concert was the only remaining concert left in the US concert tour. What was cancelled too?
A: I was determined to make it a successful concert, but things did not go as I wanted it to be, and the concert was cancelled due to security reasons. When I arrived at the concert hall, the stage was not constructed at all. Although I did all I can, I couldn't keep my promise to the fans. I am extremely apologetic.
Q: After a succession of cancellations, do you have any plans to reschedule?
A: Due to this ridiculous conclusion to the final concert of my world tour, my heart is really aching. After successfully completing the Asia tour, I have put in countless effort and determination to make the US tour a perfect end to the World Concert Tour. All I hoped for was to make my fans happy, but things turned out this way in the end. I'll like to thank my Asian fans for making the Asia tour a success, and to my US fans who have been anticipating my concert, I am so very sorry. I will work towards meeting my fans on a better stage in the near future. I will definitely do my concerts with good people.
Q: Was there no way to stop that chain of problems that had happened?
A: For what had happened, I'll like to apologize once again. I feel wronged I wasn't able to make any decision (do anything) about this. At the end of the day, I've learned that everything requires me to be even more hardworking. I will put in even more effort to put on a better performance.
Q: What's your schedule like going forward?
A: I'll be flying to Berlin tomorrow to begin filming of the movie "Speed Racer". In many months to come, I may be unable to give any news to my fans. I will return after the filming concludes.

Q: You didn't anticipate a scenario where the concert will be cancelled?
A: Yesterday (29th), at around 11pm, we realised the severity of the situation. V2B Global, which has been emphasizing that there are no problem, did not pay the production people in time. the equipments did not reach the concert site at all. Furthermore, the specifications at Staples Centre did not meet requirements. V2B Global came to us once with the cash and guaranteed to do their best for the concert. We had to make good our promise to let them handle the concert, but in the end, we had to cancel the concert due to insufficient time.
Q: The reason behind all the US concerts being cancelled?
A: The local production and organising companies all made grand promises of being able to handle the concerts, but in the end, they scr3wed up. In the case of the LA concert, due to delayed payment, there was even an incident when the lighting crew walked away. In order to keep our promise to fans, we paid the transport logistics, the air tickets of relevant personnel and even food expenses. We have tried our best, but things simply did not happen according to our will. We are in deep discussion about the directly handling issues such as relevant rent and the ticket sales for the next concert.
Q: In other words, there will be rescheduling?
A: We may have brought too much disappointment to the fans already. For them, at worst, we will even consider doing a free concert. Far all the problems that have happened with the concerts, we will re-look at them and come up with improved strategies. Thereafter, we will reschedule after proper planning. Such an incident will not happen again.

Rain, whose LA World Concert Tour was cancelled attended the fan-meeting at Wilshire Grand Hotel on 30th June. He apologised several times, and said, "This is the last concert in the World Concert Tour. I'm very sad it ended that way."
To the fifty-odd fans who flew in especially from Japan, Rain said, "I had countless practices and was determined to make my fans happy. I didn't expect to reach the concert venue at Staples Centre and encounter a situation where even the stage is incomplete." "Facing a situation where I cannot make any decisions (cannot do anything about), I feel helpless (wronged)."
Below is an interview with Rain:
Q: The LA concert was the only remaining concert left in the US concert tour. What was cancelled too?
A: I was determined to make it a successful concert, but things did not go as I wanted it to be, and the concert was cancelled due to security reasons. When I arrived at the concert hall, the stage was not constructed at all. Although I did all I can, I couldn't keep my promise to the fans. I am extremely apologetic.
Q: After a succession of cancellations, do you have any plans to reschedule?
A: Due to this ridiculous conclusion to the final concert of my world tour, my heart is really aching. After successfully completing the Asia tour, I have put in countless effort and determination to make the US tour a perfect end to the World Concert Tour. All I hoped for was to make my fans happy, but things turned out this way in the end. I'll like to thank my Asian fans for making the Asia tour a success, and to my US fans who have been anticipating my concert, I am so very sorry. I will work towards meeting my fans on a better stage in the near future. I will definitely do my concerts with good people.
Q: Was there no way to stop that chain of problems that had happened?
A: For what had happened, I'll like to apologize once again. I feel wronged I wasn't able to make any decision (do anything) about this. At the end of the day, I've learned that everything requires me to be even more hardworking. I will put in even more effort to put on a better performance.
Q: What's your schedule like going forward?
A: I'll be flying to Berlin tomorrow to begin filming of the movie "Speed Racer". In many months to come, I may be unable to give any news to my fans. I will return after the filming concludes.

Q: You didn't anticipate a scenario where the concert will be cancelled?
A: Yesterday (29th), at around 11pm, we realised the severity of the situation. V2B Global, which has been emphasizing that there are no problem, did not pay the production people in time. the equipments did not reach the concert site at all. Furthermore, the specifications at Staples Centre did not meet requirements. V2B Global came to us once with the cash and guaranteed to do their best for the concert. We had to make good our promise to let them handle the concert, but in the end, we had to cancel the concert due to insufficient time.
Q: The reason behind all the US concerts being cancelled?
A: The local production and organising companies all made grand promises of being able to handle the concerts, but in the end, they scr3wed up. In the case of the LA concert, due to delayed payment, there was even an incident when the lighting crew walked away. In order to keep our promise to fans, we paid the transport logistics, the air tickets of relevant personnel and even food expenses. We have tried our best, but things simply did not happen according to our will. We are in deep discussion about the directly handling issues such as relevant rent and the ticket sales for the next concert.
Q: In other words, there will be rescheduling?
A: We may have brought too much disappointment to the fans already. For them, at worst, we will even consider doing a free concert. Far all the problems that have happened with the concerts, we will re-look at them and come up with improved strategies. Thereafter, we will reschedule after proper planning. Such an incident will not happen again.

Rain was to perform in Staples Center, downtown L.A., Saturday evening as part of of his U.S. tour.
The concert, however, was canceled because the performance center refused to allow in stage equipment from South Korea, Star M Entertainment Co. said.
The city and center authorities banned the use of the Korean equipment, mostly electrical, citing the city's electricity and fire-fighting rules, it added.
"We transported 20 tons of stage equipment from South Korea after a confirmation from the concert's L.A. promoter V2B Global Co. that we could use the equipment on stage," a company spokesman said. "Everything came to nothing with the city authorities' ban."
The abrupt cancelation triggered strong protests from thousands of Korean and Asian Rain fans, who came to the concert not knowing it had been canceled.
It also dealt another blow to Rain whose earlier performances in Honolulu, San Francisco, Atlanta, New York and San Jose, California, had all been called off because of a legal challenge from Nevada-based record company Rain Corp.
The company claimed the singer cannot use his stage name because it holds the copyright of a Beatles tribute band of the same name.
"We were unable to press for the concert even without basic stage equipment, although Rain showed his intent to perform if he could sing a song," Star M said in a statement. "We're very sorry for the fans who might have traveled a long way to see the concert."
Representatives for V2B Global could not be immediately reached for comment.

There was a game on 29th night at Staples Center (venue of Rain's Los Angeles concert). Therefore, the stage's set up started after the game at midnight. The local promoter wasn't think of this thoroughly, didn't tell Rain about this, (In an interview last week, Rain was still thinking that the promoter would use 3,4 days to set up the stage). Anyone who did watch Rain's showcase DVD would know this: Rain’s Coming's stage needs at least 3 days to set up.
A mere 18 hours is impossible.
When it was 7 pm, the stage was still not fully set up and the concert needed to be cancelled.
Rain arrived in LA 2 weeks before, for concert's preparation, but his plan was destroyed by the irresponsible local promoter.
